Discipleship Groups

Thursday Nights at 6pm

Thursday Discipleship Night is a weekly gathering designed to help you grow in your faith, build meaningful Christian community, and follow Jesus alongside others. Groups meet for Bible study, conversation, prayer, and practical discipleship.

KidsLife

Downtown (Pre-K)

Parenting young children can be both joyful and challenging, but here at Calvary Church of Oak Lawn we’re here to partner alongside you! Our pre-K program provides a nurturing environment where kids age 3-5 can explore Bible stories, engage in creative crafts, enjoy playtime, and participate in Christ-centered activities. Held during Sunday morning services, this program helps lay a foundation for faith in a way that’s fun and age-appropriate.

Clubhouse (K-3rd Grade)

Raising children of any age is hard work, and parents shouldn’t have to do it alone. We want to partner with parents and engage children in age-appropriate activities while learning how to apply God’s word to their lives, homes, schools, and neighborhoods. Email Gwen Layman for more information.

Youth (OneLife)

Middle School (6-8th Grade)

At OneLife, we partner with families to help students grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. Each Sunday evening from 6–7:30 p.m., middle schoolers gather for a time filled with fun activities, engaging Bible studies, small group discussions, and opportunities to build friendships. Together, we explore how to live out God’s Word in their homes, schools, and neighborhoods.

High School (9-12th Grade)

High schoolers are full of energy, questions, and potential. They need a safe, fun space with authentic, consistent, and biblically grounded leaders. That’s why we created OneLife, our high school youth group! We meet Sundays from 7:30-9:30 p.m. here at Calvary Church of Oak Lawn to help students grow in faith and discover how to live out God’s Word in their everyday lives.

Made For Ministry

    • Our Food Pantry is open on the first and third Saturdays of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., providing free groceries to individuals and families in need. Our mission is to serve our community with love and compassion, offering a warm and welcoming environment to all who visit.
